Many organisations are unable to attract or are losing talented staff because they don’t have access to reasonable adjustments, accommodations and adaptations, and recruiting is expensive. Sam Warner is a Neurodivergent Communication Specialist and uses her life experience as an Autistic/ADHD/Dyslexic woman to work with leaders across multiple industries to improve their DEI policies to help them attract and retain talented Neurodivergent employees.
